Yay for a great training block!! So excited for you! This gives me so much hope that I will run another marathon someday. My last was the year before my son was born and a broken ankle and Covid during training cycles later feeling like it won’t happen. But you sharing your story of taking on the marathon after a break is giving me so much hope!!

Yay for a good training block! But ooof love is blind!! Irina and Micah are the worst mean girls. It’s going to be wild the next episodes that come out today! I can’t believe how awful they both are. And now Micah is saying she wasn’t flirting that’s just who she is. She’s a flirt. But I can’t stop watching the train wreck no matter how much I want to! There should be some kind of test you have to take that you are a good person and not a terrible one to be on the show!
