We’re two weeks away from this year’s Boston Marathon. It’s one of my favorite — and busiest — weekends of the year, and one of the best parts is getting to see, meet, hug, and cheer for so many of you.
Here’s where you’ll find me during Boston Marathon weekend, and what you need to know about live show tickets and more.
Friday, April 18
I’ll be hosting two panels at the race expo. Both are free to attend and open to the public. Just show up!
1 PM on the main stage with Jess McClain & Emma Bates
2 PM on the main stage with Hellen Obiri, Dakotah Popehn, and Conner Mantz, presented by Shokz (use code ALI for $10 off your next pair of headphones!)
2:45 PM Meet & Greet next to the main stage. I’ll be sticking around for 30 minutes after the second show for anyone who wants to say hi, snap a selfie, or talk about the White Lotus season finale.
Saturday, April 19
I’ll be announcing at the start and finish lines (new finish line!) of the Boston 5K, and then heading to The TRACK at New Balance for the rest of the day and night.
This year’s Big Boston Live Show is Saturday at 2 PM (doors at 1:30) with New Balance Boston athlete and Olympian Heather MacLean! Heather is so fun and I just know she’s going to be a fabulous live show guest.
This is a free, ticketed event.
Tickets go on sale Monday, April 7, at 12 PM EST at this link.
We got a nice, big venue for this one, so let’s fill it! And then, stick around for the New Balance Marathon Relay. I’ll be hanging out on the infield during the event, so come to the live show and then stick around for the racing! (In the battle of Citius Mag vs. Believe in the Run vs. The Morning Shakeout teams, who’s your money on?!)
Monday, April 21
Find me at the finish line all day long! Good luck, runners! You’ve got this. Take some deep breaths. (I’ll keep reminding you.) And make sure you listen to this year’s freshened-up Everything You Need to Know About the 2025 Boston Marathon episode on the Ali on the Run Show before you head to Hopkinton on Monday morning.
Questions? Thoughts? Hype? Hit me up.
(You’ve got this. You’re doing great.)
Love,
Ali
I devoured the entire Boston episode. As a first timer, it was soooo immensely helpful. I can’t say enough good things about the variety of guests and depth of information. Thank you! 💙💛
That Boston podcast was amazing! I’m so grateful as a first time major marathon runner to have all the tips and insight. I’ve started listening to it again and rereading Des’s book. Thank you!!!
